About

Hands that listen.

Behind Wellness Rituals there is Jules. An approach shaped by experience, precision of touch and listening to the body.

The story

My approach has been built over years, training and experience.

I discovered massage very young, working on my mother's back after her long days at work. An instinctive gesture that, years later, would become my profession.

At 23 I moved to Scotland, where I trained in Swedish massage and opened my first space. That was the beginning of a path of training and experience that gradually shaped my practice.

From the United Kingdom to Monaco, I deepened different techniques and developed a precise, intuitive approach, deeply attentive to the body.

Today my practice follows no fixed protocol. I observe, I listen and I adapt every movement to what the body needs.

In her words
“I believe every body tells a different story. Every ritual begins by listening.”

Jules

Approach

Calm the nervous system, and the body follows.

For Jules, a massage is far more than technique. It starts with the breath. Whatever the discipline, the goal is the same: bring you to a place where you feel safe enough to let go. Only then can the body truly release its tension and find its balance again. That is why no two of her massages are ever identical: each body has its own history, its own knots, its own needs.

Training

Several disciplines. One approach.

  • Swedish massage
  • Sports massage
  • Lymphatic drainage
  • Kobido

An expertise that keeps evolving, with new training in energy work and ayurvedic massage.
